Used for cooking diary masses & caramel.

All parts that come into contact with the processed stuff are made from stainless steel.

The two upper kettles with mixing arms are suspended from the gear. The upper kettles consist of an inner shell and, up to half their height, an outer jacket. Above the jacket, a thermal insulation casing is attached.
