Bosch/ Hansella Copper Solvomat

The measuring, dissolving, and precooking machine "Solvomat" can be fed with either granulated sugar or liquid sugar. The Solvomat accurately measures and dissolves granulated sugar. When it's completely dissolved, the sugar is continuously mixed with the correct amount of glucose, which is heated only immediately before addition. The sugar/glucose ratio is easily adjustable. All ingredients are measured in the correct proportion and without variation.
