The Universal "ALL-AIR" cooling tunnel for economical cooling of chocolate and compound coatings, as well as for cooling baked products or confectionery centers.
Base cooling (contact cooling) and top cooling (convection) are provided by cold air in one cooling zone.
The air temperature is adjustable.
